Fuchsias are quiet easy to grow indoors, but not so easy to reestablish in the home when yhey have been grown in a cool greenhouse, as they do not like the hot, stuffy environment, and must receive enough bright light to flower properly. The most siccessful way to grow a fuchsia indoors is to start with it as a very small plant or rooted cutting, which can then acclimatize itself to your conditions. Rooted cuttings should be pinched out a couple of times to encourage bushiness. If the flower buds or leaves start to fall, the ventilation should be increased and temperature lowered if possible. Fuchsias should not be allowed to dry out, as this can also cause premature flower drop.
